【摘要】 本文从组织学习理论的视角,结合情绪理论,搭建了创业学习、创业坚持行为、创业激情及创业能力的关系模型。运用少数民族大学生的问卷调查数据,并结合结构方程模型、SPSS统计分析进行实证检验,结果表明:经验学习和观察学习对创业坚持行为和创业激情具有显著的正向影响;创业坚持行为和创业激情对创业能力具有显著的正向影响;创业坚持行为对创业激情具有正向的促进作用。本文以大学生的经验数据进行实证分析,探索和证明了创业学习对创业坚持行为、创业激情以及创业坚持行为、创业激情分别对创业能力的作用机制。研究结果有助于探寻创业教育中少数民族大学生的创业坚持行为、创业激情及创业能力的培养途径,制定创业教育政策和建设创业平台,以推动我国创新经济的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 A model is designed in this study to explore the relationship among four dimensions,entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial persistence,entrepreneurial passion,and entrepreneurial ability. The model is based on organizational learning theory in combination with theories on emotion. Survey data was analysed with the combination of the questionnaire data of ethnic minority university students and structural equation model,SPSS statistical analysis and empirical tests.Results indicated that experience learning and observation learning have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial persistence and entrepreneurial passion.Both entrepreneurial passion and persistence behavior have positive impacts on entrepreneurial capacity. Entrepreneurial persistence behavior has a positive impact on entrepreneurial passion. Based on the empirical data of university students,the mechanism of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial persistence behavior and passion,and the mechanism of entrepreneurial persistence behavior and passion respectively on entrepreneurial ability are explored and proved. The research results are helpful to explore the ways to cultivate the entrepreneurial persistence behavior,entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial ability of ethnic minority college students in entrepreneurship education,and to formulate the policies and measures of entrepreneurship education and the construction of entrepreneurial platform,so as to promote the development of innovation economy in China.更多还原
