【摘要】 根据"双一流"建设任务中对人才培养的要求,提出了应用型本科"创新实用型"人才培养的定位,分析了应用型本科大学生、师资队伍及教学中存在的问题并提出了相应的对策。培养大学生的创新精神,要培养大学生的创新动机、创新品质和毅力以及创新思维。建设一流的师资队伍,教师应科研和教学并举,建立教学和科研团队。采用创新实用的教学方法,可以开展以问题链为引导的深度学习方法和项目化教学方法,加强产教融合以提高培养特色,增加信息化教学手段以提高学生的学习兴趣和提供更广阔的视野。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the requirements for the talents cultivation in the "Double First-Class" construction task, the orientation of "innovative and practical" talents cultivation for applied undergraduates is proposed.
