8字绕障无碳小车的结构设计与分析

【摘要】 根据全国大学生工程训练大赛要求,介绍了"8"字无碳小车的设计理念、设计方案、轨迹模拟仿真、结果分析。其中方案设计部分主要对最初的二级齿轮传动部分做了改进优化。选用一体式齿轮箱,四级齿轮传动,采用多组小模数齿轮带动大模数齿轮,得到较平稳的传动,缩小中心距的同时提高了传动比,从而在有限的空间内增加小车所跑的圈数。

【Abstract】 According to the requirements of the National College Student Engineering Training Competition, this paper mainly explains the design concept, design scheme, trajectory simulation and result analysis of the 8-shaped carbon-free trolley. Among them, the design part of the scheme is mainly improved and optimized in the initial two-stage gear transmission. This paper chooses an integrated gear box and four-stage gear transmission, and uses multiple sets of smallmodule gears to drive the large-module gears to obtain a relatively stable transmission. While reducing the center distance, the transmission ratio is increased, thereby increasing the number of turns of the wheel in a limited space.
