【Abstract】 As a hot word in the current Chinese society, a better life reflects the needs and expectations of the Chinese people in the new era. Taking the people’s longing for a better life as the goal of struggle has fully demonstrated the unchanged people’s stance and original intention of the Chinese Communist Party. Sorting out the core category of "labor-leisure" in Marx’s human emancipation can help us understand correctly and deeply the meaning of a good life. In Marx’s thought, the liberation of "labor-leisure" lies in achieving the extremely high development of productive forces and the comprehensive development of everyone, which is the fundamental goal of a better life. The unification of "labor-leisure" means that the two work together as an activity to promote the free and comprehensive development of people, which reflects the real content of a better life. The sharing of "labor-leisure" shows that all members of society work together and enjoy leisure together. The realization of this "common good" state is the purpose of a good life.更多还原
