【摘要】 目的开展数据质量项目,实现深圳市区域门急诊重点医疗卫生统计指标的规范化和采集的信息化。方法采用系统论和控制论的方法对门急诊重点医疗卫生统计指标的数据源头、采集流程进行规范化研究。结果规范了23项门急诊重点医疗卫生统计指标的含义、统计口径、统计算法、运算脚本,经过测试与校验,从而制定与发布了标准文件《医疗卫生统计指标数据规范》,利用信息化的手段,实现了全市公立医院指标数据采集的信息化、运算的标准化和结果的同一化。结论深圳市区域门急诊重点医疗卫生统计指标数据规范的研究与实现,保证了医院端与中心平台端统计结果的一致性,提升了数据的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To carry out data quality project in Shenzhen city to realize standardization of key medical statistical indicators of outpatient and emergency treatment and informatization of data collection.Methods System theory and control theory were used to standardize the data source and collection process of medical and health statistical indicators.Results The meaning, statistical caliber, statistical algorithm and operation scripts of 23 key medical and health statistical indicators of outpatient, emergency treatment were standardized. Through testing and verification, the standard document Specifications for Data on Health and Medical Statistics was formulated and released. By means of informatization, the informatization of data collection, standardization of operation and homogeneity of results of public hospitals′ indicators in the city were realized.Conclusion Study and realization of data standard for key medical statistical indicators of outpatient and emergency treatment in Shenzhen ensured the consistency of statistical results between the hospital and the central platform and improved data quality.更多还原
