基于模块化的船舶舱室智能布置优化设计方法研究
Research on Intelligent Layout Optimization Design Method of Ship Cabin Based on Modular Design
【摘要】 船舶舱室布置问题可分为舱室在船舶空间的位置及舱室内部布置.通过提出一种模块化设计思想以解决舱室在船舶空间内的布局问题,引入虚拟空舱的概念将船舶空间分解为具有各种属性的、规则的独立单元模块,在拓扑层面上通过各独立单元模块之间的距离远近及在船舶空间内的分布建立数学模型,进而对各独立单元模块在船舶空间内的分布进行优化.以某内河客船为例探讨了该方法的应用,通过遗传算法对算例求解得到的布置方案与算例原布置方案对比,采用该方法所获得的布置方案有效可行,证明了方法的有效性.
【Abstract】 The problem of ship cabin layout can be divided into the position of the cabin in the ship space and the interior layout of the cabin. By proposing a modular design idea to solve the layout problem of cabin in ship space, the concept of virtual empty cabin was introduced to decompose ship space into independent unit modules with various attributes and rules. On the topological level, a mathematical model was established through the distance between independent unit modules and their distribution in ship space, and then the distribution of independent unit modules in ship space was optimized. Taking an inland passenger ship as an example, the application of this method was discussed. The layout scheme obtained by genetic algorithm is compared with the original layout scheme, and the layout scheme obtained by this method is effective and feasible, which proves the effectiveness of this method.
