【Abstract】 It summarized the main causes of anastomotic fistula after radical resection of esophageal cancer,including general nutritional status,basic diseases,steroid use,neoadjuvant therapy,anatomical structure,intraoperative factors and psychosocial factors.It also reviewed the nursing measures and the progress at home and abroad during this period.It provided theoretical basis for reducing the incidence of anastomotic fistula after radical resection of esophageal cancer,shortening the times of hospitalization after operations,and promoting postoperative rehabilitation of patients.更多还原
