【摘要】 [目的]探讨老年冠心病合并高血压及糖尿病共病病人健康促进行为与应对、希望的现状及其相关性。[方法]运用健康促进生活方式量表、医学应对量表、Herth希望指数量表对110例老年冠心病合并高血压及糖尿病共病病人进行调查。[结果]老年冠心病合并高血压及糖尿病共病病人健康促进水平总分为(136.08±26.53)分,处于中等水平。希望水平总分为(22.20±2.29)分,处于中等水平。老年共病病人健康促进行为水平与应对方式、希望水平呈正相关。[结论]临床护理工作者应加强对病人希望水平和应对方式的关注,帮助病人树立信心,采取高希望和积极的应对方式,建立科学的健康促进行为习惯,实现改善疾病预后、促进病人回归正常社会生活的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the correlation between health promotion behaviors,coping styles and levels of hope in the elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) complicated with hypertension and diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods:A survey of 110 elderly patients with CHD complicated with hypertension and DM was conducted using the Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ),the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ) and the Herth Hope Index(HHI) scale.Results:The total score of HPLP-Ⅱ in elderly patients with CHD complicated with hypertension and DM was(136.08±26.53),which was at a medium level.The total score of HHI scale was(22.20±2.30),which is at a medium level.The level of health promotion behaviors in elderly patients with comorbidity was positively correlated with coping style and hope level,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nurses should pay more attention to the level of hope and coping style of patients,help patients build up confidence,adopt high hope and positive coping style,establish scientific health promotion behavior habits,and achieve the improvements in prognosis of disease and promoting patients to return to normal social life.更多还原
