【摘要】 在新工科视角下,谋划应用型本科人才培养策略,修订人才培养方案,是地方本科高校落实应用型人才培养理念的核心内容和重要载体,是提高人才培养质量的重要保证。从方案设计着手,着眼于国家战略、地方经济社会发展和学生成长成才的需要,依据学校人才培养定位和应用型人才需求,坚持以学生为中心,科学确定人才培养目标,明确毕业要求,重构课程体系,合理设计实践环节,规范人才培养流程,明确多样化人才培养方式,深化人才培养模式改革,推动构建高水平应用型本科人才培养体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the perspective of new technology, the planning design and revision of talent training in an applied undergraduate university tends to be the key premise and content, for which it is concerned with the guarantee of talent quality promotion for a local undergraduate university to implement this concept. This plan, based on this design, shall focus on the national strategies, the local economic and social development, and the demand for allied university talent training position. A university, shall confirm the student-targeted concept in scientific ways, including determining the graduation requirements, reconstructing the curriculum system, rationalizing the practice links, standardizing the talent training links, developing the multi-talent training and deepening the talent training mode transformation, thus promoting and building a high level applied undergraduate talent training system.更多还原
