【Abstract】 Based on the summary of advantages and analysis of operation difficult problems for elderly-infant compound mode of pension institutions, this article proposes countermeasures for the healthy and rapid development of pension institutions and undertaking in China as followings: giving positive encourage and support from government, strengthening self-construction of institutions, appreciating space settings of institutions, reinforcing education for elderly and infant, establishing a praise and incentive mechanism, and improving the quality of institution staff, with a view to promoting the healthy and rapid development of elderly-infant compound mode of pension.更多还原
