焦炉测温有轨小车动力学仿真及物理样机试验

【摘要】 为评估焦炉测温有轨小车的性能,对小车的设计提供更合理的参数,运用ADAMS建立小车的虚拟样机进行动力学仿真。结果表明小车结构及避震弹簧的设计比较合理;为达到预期的速度要求,通过仿真得到了加载到车轮上的最小驱动力矩;采用传感器和脚本控制仿真过程,对小车的制动性能进行评估,结果表明小车的制动性能良好。在仿真的基础上,研制成功小车的物理样机并进行了试验,验证试验结果与仿真结果基本一致。运用ADAMS进行仿真能校核设计的合理性,缩短小车的设计周期,并降低研发成本。

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the rationality of the measuring temperature rail vehicle of coke oven,and provide some reasonable parameters for the design of the vehicle,ADAMS is used to build the virtual prototype of the vehicle and then the dynamic simulation is carried out. The simulation results show that the structural design of the vehicle and the design of the damping spring are reasonable.To achieve the expected speed requirement,the minimum driving torque loaded onto the wheel is obtained through simulation. The braking performance of the vehicle is evaluated by using sensors and scripts to control the simulation process. The result shows that the braking performance is good. On the basis of the simulation,the physical prototype of the vehicle is developed and the experiment is carried out. The experimental results are basically in agreement with the simulation results.Simulation with ADAMS can check the rationality of the design and greatly shorten the design cycle which reducethe cost of research.
