短纤维增强复合材料的力学性能仿真研究
Simulation Study on Mechanical Properties of Short Fiber Reinforced Composites
【摘要】 短纤维增强复合材料力学性能仿真主要研究材料的各向异性和纤维分布,但是对其粘弹性、动态应变率和断裂失效研究较少。基于Hill 1948屈服准则和韧性断裂失效准则,开发了表征短纤维增强复合材料力学性能的材料仿真卡片。采用Ls-dyna显示模块开展了不同纤维方向和应变率单轴拉伸试验以及三点弯曲试验的仿真,结果与试验具有很高的吻合度,开发的材料卡片很好的表征了材料的力学性能。该研究为短纤维增强材料的碰撞仿真提供了可借鉴的模拟方法。
【Abstract】 The simulation of the mechanical properties of short fiber reinforced composites mainly studies the anisotropy and the fiber distribution of the material,but the studies of its viscoelasticity,dynamic strain rates and fracture failure is less.Based on the Hill 1948 yield criterion and ductile fracture failure criteria,a material simulation card was developed to characterize the mechanical properties of short fiber reinforced composites. The simulate of the uniaxial tensile tests which considering different fiber orientations and strain rates and the three point bending tests were performed by useing the Ls-dyna display modules,the results were highly consistent with the tests. And the developed material card shown a good performence to the mechanical properties of the material. This study provides a referential simulation method for the crash simulation of short fiber reinforced materials.
