平面二次包络环面蜗杆磨床设计及动态特性仿真
Design and Dynamic Characteristics Simulation of Plane Quadratic Enveloping Grinding Machine
【摘要】 在研究平面二次包络环面蜗杆磨床加工原理的基础上,提出了一种新的结构设计方案。采用磨头部件内藏式的设计方法,同时将砂轮支撑座设计成倾斜式,将砂轮产形面到回转工作台中心轴线距离控制到300mm以内,减少了蜗杆表面螺旋线误差和磨削的行程。首次采用第四轴分度盘驱动蜗杆旋转,实现磨削过程中的分度功能,提高了磨床的加工效率和加工精度。对新的磨头部件进行模态分析,获得其固有频率和振型。对新的磨头部件进行谐响应分析,获得其位移频率响应曲线,为后续磨床样机的试验测试做准备。
【Abstract】 On the basis of studying the machining theory of the plane quadratic enveloping grinding machine,a new structure design is proposed. The parts of grinding head are designed to be an internal structure and the supporting structure of grinding wheel is designed to be tilted. The distance between the grinding wheel and central axis of the rotary table is reduced to less than 300 mm. The problem of spiral error on the surface of the worm is solved. So the grinding stroke is reduced. The fourth axis index plate is used to drive the worm rotation,which realizes the indexing function in the grinding process and improves the efficiency and accuracy of the grinding machine. A modal analysis is established for the new grinding head structure to obtain the natural frequency and mode. A harmonic response analysis is established for the new grinding head structure to obtain displacement frequency response curve to prepare for subsequent test of the grinder prototype.
