V形槽微细切削泊松毛刺及切屑形态仿真研究
Simulation Study of Poisson Burr and Chip Formation in Micro-Cutting V-Groove
【摘要】 针对V形槽顶端的泊松毛刺会影响其光学性能的问题。基于商业有限元软件AdvantEdge建立V形槽微细切削的毛刺形成模型,从切削过程中切屑的形态变化来分析泊松毛刺的形成规律,通过研究刀尖夹角以及切削深度对切屑形态的影响,从而研究其对泊松毛刺尺寸的影响。仿真结果表明,刀尖夹角和切削深度的改变均会引起切屑厚度的变化,从而影响泊松毛刺的形成。通过减小切削深度或增大刀尖夹角,均有利于降低切屑厚度,从而达到减小泊松毛刺尺寸的目的。
【Abstract】 The poisson burr against the top of the V-groove affects its optical performance. Based on the commercial finite element software AdvantEdge,a burr formation model of micro-cutting V-groove was established to analyze the formation law of poisson burrs from the morphological changes of the chip during cutting process. By studying the influence of the include angle of the tool and the cutting depth on the chip formation,it affects the size of the poisson burr. The simulation results show that the change of the include angle of the tool and the cutting depth will cause the variation of the chip thickness,which will affect the formation of poisson burrs. By reducing the cutting depth or increasing the include angle of the tool,it is beneficial to reduce the chip thickness and achieve the purpose of reducing the size of the poisson burr.
