电火花线切割粗切拐角误差分析
Analysis of Corner Error in WEDM Rough Cutting
【摘要】 电火花线切割在军用、航空航天、模具制造等领域有着广泛的应用,尤其是在加工难加工的金属材料及复杂精密形状工件时有着极其重要的作用。在拐角加工时,电极丝在间隙放电力,流体力的综合作用下发生滞后弯曲振动造成拐角加工误差。采用切入误差与切出误差总和来衡量拐角加工的总体误差。采用稳健试验设计正交试验,通过主效应分析以及方差分析分析不同角度的拐角加工误差与电流、空载脉冲百分率、脉冲宽度、喷流压力等控制参数的关系,得到最优参数组合,为实际加工提供参考。
【Abstract】 Wire Electrical Discharge Machining(WEDM)has been widely used in military,aerospace,die-making and some high-precision industries especially in machining hard materials and intricate shapes.Geometrical inaccuracy of corner parts is unavoidable due to the wire deflection which is affected by discharge spark force,hydrualic force,etc. The cutting error of corner is measured by the sum of cut-in and cut-out error. Taguchi robust design approach is proposed to investigate the effect of control factors(I、TD、Ton、FLP)on the cutting error of different angles through the main effect and variance analysis and the optimal parameter combination is obtained,which provides a reference value for actual machining.
