履带车辆负重轮力学性能研究
The Mechanical Property Analysis of Loading Wheel of Caterpillar Vehicles
【摘要】 履带车辆的行驶路况多较为恶劣。履带直接与地面接触,承受地面接触力,而负重轮则与履带直接接触,间接承载地面接触力。负重轮具有支撑车体并分配车体重量的功能,可以保证车体在履带上滚动,其结构和强度对整车的性能至关重要。基于ANSYS Workbench平台,在三种典型工况下,对三种轮盘结构形式的负重轮的应力分布情况进行计算;推导了一种较为方便的基于直角坐标系的余弦加载函数,得到了在相应工况下应力的最大值,计算结果为优化负重轮结构形式以及负重轮的轻量化设计提供依据。
【Abstract】 Track vehicle’s driving conditions are much worse.The caterpillar contacts with the ground directly,which bearing the ground contact force,and the loading wheel contact with the caterpillar,which bearing the ground contact force indirectly.The loading wheel supports the vehicle body,distributes the weight,and guarantees the vehicle body driving on the caterpillar,so its structure and strength are essential for vehicle’performance.Utilizing the software ANSYS Workbench,the stress features of three type of loading wheels are calculated on three typical working conditions. A convenient cosine loading function based on Cartesian coordinate system is derived,and the maximum of stress is obtained.The results provide the basis for the structure optimization and lightweight design of the loading wheel.
