纯滚动单圆弧齿轮弯曲强度研究
Study on Bending Strength of Pure Rolling Single Arc Gear
【摘要】 纯滚动单圆弧齿轮是在圆弧齿轮基础上发展出来的一种新型的齿轮传动,具有仅在节点处啮合的特性。为获得纯滚动单圆弧齿轮弯曲应力计算公式,从统计学角度,利用正交试验法对纯滚动单圆弧齿轮啮合过程中的弯曲应力进行分析。首先利用Pro/E对纯滚动单圆弧齿轮进行参数化建模,导入到ANSYS Workbench进行仿真研究,然后对试验数据进行了方差分析,得出了各因素对指标影响的主次顺序;并通过逐步回归分析法建立了纯滚动单圆弧齿轮的弯曲应力计算的强度模型。
【Abstract】 Pure rolling single arc gear is a new type of gear transmission developed on the basis of circular gear,which has the characteristics of meshing only at nodes. In order to obtain the calculation formula of the bending stress of the pure rolling single arc gear,the bending stress in the meshing process of the pure rolling single arc gear is analyzed by the orthogonal test method from the statistical point of view. The pure rolling single arc gears are used by Pro/E and introduced into ANSYS Workbench for simulation,then carried out the variance analysis of the test data,finally the order of influence of each factor on the index is obtained. The strength model for bending stress calculation of pure rolling single arc gear is established by the stepwise regression analysis method.
