铝型材立体仓库货位分配优化
Optimization of Location Assignment in the Aluminum Three-Dimensional Warehouse
【摘要】 针对铝型材立体仓库存储货物尺寸长、重量大的结构特点,将提高悬臂梁式货架安全性为主要目标,依据入库效率、货架稳定和货架平衡原则确立优化目标,建立了货物入库的多目标货位分配优化模型,并基于模拟退火遗传算法(SAGA)求解模型,获得最优分配结果。通过实例仿真分析,相比于传统的遗传算法(GA)和模拟退火算法(SA),SAGA能更快找到合理货物入库位置,并使得货架两侧悬臂梁受载平衡,有效提高铝型材立体仓库货物的入库工作效率和安全系数。
【Abstract】 In order to store the heavy goods with long structure feature in the aluminum warehouse,for the purpose of improving the safety of cantilevered shelf,a multi-objective optimization of location assignment was established in the principle of warehousing efficiency,stability and balance of shelf. The simulated annealing genetic algorithm(SAGA) was proposed and used to obtain the optimal distribution results. Compared with the results obtained by the traditional genetic algorithm(GA)and simulated annealing algorithm(SA),it is found that SAGA can be used to find goods’ location more quickly than GA and with better balanced load than SA.SAGA was deemed as an effective method to improve the efficiency and safety of the aluminum three-dimensional warehouse.
