钢坯标识设备写字机构的写字失真分析与仿真

【摘要】 以一种基于同步带为主传动系统的钢坯标识设备为研究对象,分析传动系统对标识效果的影响。首先,建立物理模型,应用动力学方法求解枪体机构的位移方程,进而得出位移曲线随时间的变化规律;在此基础上,利用UG、ANSYS、ADAMS建立同步带传动系统的刚柔耦合模型,得出写字机构的动态响应特性,并分析在不同载荷下枪头写字失真的偏移量,进而对其进行优化。结果表明物理模型的计算结果跟仿真结果基本吻合,优化后的方案在实验中得以验证,分析结果为同类结构设计提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 It analyzed the influence of drive system on the identification effect in view of the research objectives of a billet identification device of the main drive system based on the synchronous belt. Firstly,the physical model was established,and the displacement equation of the gun body was derived by using the dynamic method. Then the variation rule of the displacement curve with the time was obtained.On the basis of that,the rigid-flexible coupling model of the synchronous belt drive system was established by using UG,ANSYS and ADAMS,and the dynamic response characteristics of the Writing Mechanism was obtained. In addition,the offset of the spearhead writing distortion under different loads was analyzed and optimized. The results showed that the calculation results and the simulation results of the physical model were basically consistent. And the optimized scheme was verified in the experiment. The analysis results provide the theoretical basis for the similar structural design.
