风电机组主轴法兰螺栓连接疲劳损伤分析
Fatigue Damage Analysis of Bolts Connection Between Mainshaft and Flange on Wind Turbine
【摘要】 高强度螺栓是MW级风电机组轮毂法兰与主轴法兰之间重要连接部件。针对其疲劳损伤分析,基于VDI2230高强度螺栓设计准则,首先提出并建立了以等效梁模拟主轴法兰螺栓连接的疲劳损伤有限元模型,同时验证了等效梁模拟螺栓连接的正确性。最后依据Eurocode3规范、Palmgren-Miner线性累积损伤理论对主轴法兰高强度螺栓连接疲劳损伤进行了计算。分析结果表明,螺栓在20年设计寿命中,不会发生疲劳失效。论文的研究成果为高强度螺栓连接建模与疲劳失效分析提供参考依据,具有一定的工程应用价值。
【Abstract】 High strength bolts between mainshaft flange and hub flange are important connection components on MW-Class wind turbine. For the fatigue damage analysis of bolts connection,the fatigue damage analysis model of bolts connection based on the equivalent beam is established according to the theory of VDI2230 theory,meanwhile,the bolts connection model based on the equivalent beam is validated. The paper deeply analyzed the fatigue damage of bolts connection between mainshaft flange and hub flange on MW-Class wind turbine based on Eurocode3 guidline,and as well as the Palmgren-Miner linear cumulative damage theory. The results show that the bolt fatigue failure does not occur during the 20-year design life.The research results of this paper provide technical reference for modeling and fatigue failure analysis of bolts connection,which has certain theoretical significance and practical value in engineering.
