基于功率流理论的主动式动力吸振器控制方法
The Method of Active Dynamic Vibration Absorber Control Based on Power Flow
【摘要】 提出一种用于主动式动力吸振器的开环控制方法,使输入主系统的净功率流最小。首先,基于叠加原理,推导输入主系统净功率流的解析表达式,针对特定的系统,计算净功率流值,搜索各激励频率下净功率流的最小值及其对应的主动控制力,对主动控制力进行曲线拟合,得出主动控制力与激振频率的函数关系,即为主动力控制率;最后,对主动式动力吸振器进行频域和时域仿真,结果表明,采用该控制方法的主动式动力吸振器相比于被动式动力吸振器,具有更好的吸振效果和更宽的抑振带宽。对功率流理论及动力吸振器主动控制的研究提供了一种新的思路和方法,具有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 it created an open-loop control method for active dynamic vibration absorber,which minimize the input net power flow of main system.Firstly,based on the superposition principle,we derived the analytic expression of the net power flow what input main system,and calculated the net power flow value of a specific system and search the minimum value of the net power flow at each excitation frequency and control force.We got the curve of active force to obtain the functional relationship between the active control force and the excitation frequency,which is active control rate.Finally,we simulated the active dynamic vibration absorber at frequency domain and time domain. The result showed that the vibration absorption effect of active dynamic vibration absorber is batter and vibration suppression bandwidth is winder. it provide a new idea and method to study the theory of power flow and to solve the problem of active dynamic vibration absorber.
