新型空心圆柱滚子的承载性能研究

【摘要】 设计合理的普通空心圆柱滚子,虽然可以大幅度降低轴承的接触应力,改善或消除接触应力的"边缘效应",但对于降低等效应力意义不大。为了解决这一问题,提出了一种新型空心圆柱滚子,根据接触力学理论,利用有限元软件ABAQUS,合理建立了新型空心圆柱滚子轴承的有限元分析模型。结果表明:设计合理的新型空心圆柱滚子可以很好的解决滚动体与滚道接触时的等效应力"边缘效应"问题。研究结果为新型空心圆柱滚子轴承的设计开发提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 Although a reasonable designed hollow cylindrical roller can greatly reduce the contact stress of the bearing and improve or eliminate the"edge effect"of the contact stress,it is of little significance to reduce the Mises stress. In order to solve this problem,a new type of hollow cylindrical roller is proposed,based on the theory of contact mechanics,using finite element software ABAQUS,the finite element analysis model of the new type hollow cylindrical roller bearing is established reasonably. The result shows:the rational design of the new hollow cylindrical roller can solve the"edge effect"of Mises stress well. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the design and development of the new kind of hollow cylindrical roller bearings.
