全尾砂胶结充填多组分胶凝材料精准添加技术研究与应用

【摘要】 马坑铁矿采用阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法开采,充填系统实际使用过程中,尾砂与PO42.5普通硅酸盐水泥胶凝性低,充填体的强度难以达到采矿方法要求,若进一步提高充填料浆浓度或提高灰砂比将造成料浆输送困难和充填成本大幅增加,解决问题的最好办法就是开发高效胶结剂并添加至现有充填系统。本研究在总结以往经验的基础上,通过试验开发出了矿渣微粉+激发剂按特定比例组合而成的高效胶结剂,采用该高效胶结剂代替水泥制备充填料浆不但能够使充填体强度满足采矿方法的要求,而且还会大幅度降低充填成本;结合充填系统的现状,研究新增了矿渣微粉制浆添加系统,可将矿渣微粉和激发剂精准添加至搅拌机。矿渣微粉制浆添加系统建设投资360万元,而采用该工艺2020年可节省胶凝材料费用3 448万元,投资不到2个月即可收回,具有良好的经济效益。

【Abstract】 The stage open stoping with subsequent backfilling is adopted in Makeng Iron Mine. In the actual applica-tion,the joint of tailings and PO42.5 ordinary portland cement has a low cementitious property,and the strength of fillingbody is hard to meet the requirements of mining. Further increasing the concentration of filling slurry or increasing the ratio oflime to sand leads to the difficulty in slurry transportation and improving the filling costs. The best way to solve this problemis to develop high efficient cementitious agent,that can be added to the current filling system. On the basis of the previousexperience,a high-efficient cementing agent composed of slag powder and activator with a specific proportion was developed.This high-efficient cementing agent instead of cement is used to prepare filling slurry. Herein,the strength of filling body canmeet the requirements of mining,and also greatly reduce the filling cost. Combined with the current situation of filling sys-tem,a new adding system to prepare the slag micro powder is produced,which can accurately feed slag powder and activatorto mixer. The adding system for preparing slag powder pulping needs an investment of 3.6 million yuan,and the 34.48 mil-lion costs of cementitious materials can be saved by using this process in 2020. All investments can be recovered within lessthan 2 months,so it owns good economic benefits.
