大学生床铺人因工效分析
Analysis of ergonomics of college student’s bed
【摘要】 睡眠占了人们生活近三分之一的时间,而不同睡姿对睡眠质量影响显著。利用SolidWorks软件对大学生床铺进行三维建模,并将三维模型导入Jack软件中,与Jack软件创建的不同睡姿的数字人组成人机系统模型。对不同睡姿的人因工效进行静态仿真,对不同睡姿的舒适性、下背部受力等进行分析。仿真结果表明,仰卧姿势相对于侧卧姿势,人的舒适度更高。从人因工效静态仿真结果来看,大学生的仰卧睡姿优于侧卧睡姿。
【Abstract】 Sleep accounts for nearly one-third of people’s life time, and different sleeping position has a significant impact on sleep quality. In this paper, SolidWorks software is used to build the three-dimensional model of college students’ bed, and imports it into Jack software to form the man-machine system model with the digital human created by Jack software with different sleeping position. The static simulation of ergonomics of different sleeping positions is carried out to analyze the comfort level, the lower back pressure etc. of different sleeping positions. The simulation results show that the comfort of supine position is higher than that of lateral position. According to the results of ergonomics static simulation, the supine sleeping position of college students is better than that of side lying.
