座椅的人因工效分析研究

【摘要】 用SolidWorks软件建立一种简约型办公座椅模型并导入Jack软件,构建由数字人和座椅模型组合成的人因系统进行工效仿真分析。对坐在既有靠背又有扶手、仅有靠背没有扶手和既没扶手也没靠背的三种座椅上的数字人应用人机工程理论方法分别进行静态分析。开展舒适度分析、下背部分析和疲劳恢复分析的数字仿真,对数字人身体状态参数进行分析。结果表明,座椅的扶手、靠背是影响人因工效的重要构件。该分析为选择和改进办公座椅提供了参考,并提出保持身体健康的建议。

【Abstract】 Software SolidWorks is used to build a simple office chair model and import it to Jack software, establishing a human factor system composed of a typical digital human model and a seat model for ergonomic simulation analysis. Ergonomic theory is used to make static analysis to digital humans who sit respectively on three types of seats with both backrest and armrest, only backrest but without armrest, and neither backrest nor armrest. Conducting digital simulation of comfort analysis, lower back analysis and fatigue recovery analysis, the physical state parameters of digital humans are analyzed. The results show that seat armrest and backrest are significant components that affect ergonomics. And the analysis also provides references for the selection and improvement of office seats and reasonable suggestions for keeping healthy.
