【摘要】 本科生导师制支持和鼓励优秀教师参与本科生的学业指导工作,导师和本科生建立新型的师生关系,导师需要提高学生的学习主动性和积极性,同时引导学生树立正确的人生观和价值观。文章以计算机相关专业的本科生为目标群体,讨论了以软件项目为课外实践导向的导师制的任务和目标,设计导师制框架和实施路线,给出导师学生混合式考评机制,对本科生导师制的建设模式提出了建议,以期提高学生的计算机实践能力和沟通交流能力等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Universities have been exploring the tutorial system for the undergraduate student, supporting and encouraging outstanding teachers to participate in academic guidance, to improve student’s learning initiative and enthusiasm. According to the characteristics of different students, it contributes to establishing a new teacher-student relationship so that students can obtain a positive outlook on life and values. Students also have the opportunity to participate in the tutor’s academic research and innovative project. In this paper, the tasks and objectives of the tutorial system guided by extracurricular practice of software project are discussed,investigating the students who majored in computer science. The tutorial system framework and the implementation in high education are designed, the mixed evaluation mechanism between tutors and students is put forward, and the suggestions for tutorial system construction is proposed, hoping to help undergraduates to improve their abilities of computer application practice and communication.更多还原
