智能超声电导治疗仪控制系统的设计

【摘要】 超声和中频电疗都能对人体产生治疗作用,智能超声电导治疗仪将超声和调制中频电疗融合到一台仪器上,两种治疗方式的协同作用能够有更好的治疗效果。根据透皮给药理论,该仪器又可以促进药物透过皮肤进入体内而发挥局部和全身治疗作用。智能超声电导治疗仪控制系统采用STM32F103VET6主控芯片,通过模糊PID控制使超声换能器处于谐振状态。该仪器既能使用下位机控制,也可以用WiFi无线操控,具有使用简便、智能显示和无线数据传输等特点。

【Abstract】 Ultrasonic therapy and intermediate frequency electrotherapy can produce therapeutic effects on the human body. The intelligent ultrasonic conductometric therapy instrument integrates ultrasonic therapy and modulated intermediate frequency electrotherapy into one instrument, the synergistic effect of the two treatment methods can achieve better therapeutic effect.According to the theory of skin medication, the instrument can also promote the local and systemic therapeutic effects of the drug penetrating through the intact skin into the body. The control system of intelligent ultrasonic conductometric therapy instrument adopts STM32 F103 VET6 chip, the fuzzy PID control is used to make the ultrasonic transducer in resonance state. The instrument can be controlled by the slave computer or wirelessly controller over WiFi, it features easy to use, intelligent display and wireless data transmission.
