分件供送变距螺杆四段组合式螺旋线建模及应用
Modeling and Application of the Four-section Combined Helix Form of Variable Pitch Screw
【摘要】 以分件供送变距螺杆的三段组合螺旋线形式为基础,建立了两种四段组合式螺旋线的数学模型,并利用Matlab软件绘制了螺旋线的轴向位移、速度与加速度曲线。对比分析了两种螺旋线形式的异同和优劣,得出了各自适用的供送条件。为分件供送变距螺杆的设计和应用提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Based on the three-section combined helix form of variable pitch screw,two mathematical models of the four-section combination helix were established. The axial displacement,velocity and acceleration curves of the helix are drawn with Matlab. The differences and advantages of the two helix forms are compared and analyzed,and the suitable supply conditions are obtained. A theoretical basis is provided for the design and application on the variable pitch screw.
