【Abstract】 Huaian,a " non-central city" of the Yangtze River Delta region,is seeking to join in the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta region as a national strategy and shift from passive to active involvement in the synergized industrial development,the complementation in talent and technology and the market integration. Now it has an important opportunity in a new round of high-quality development. It should seize this opportunity,determine its target orientation,develop its strengths and avoid its weaknesses,and construct a main path for itself to be part of the high-quality integrated development of Yangtze River Delta.
