【摘要】 以札记三则,记录指导高等教育学专业博士研究生的心路历程,与同仁分享并就教于方家。除了增强研究生的问题意识、方法意识和创新意识外,特别重要的问题在于导师拿捏自己的角色定位,努力调谐师生关系。导师不仅要"释疑、解惑",而且要启思、置疑,更要敢于在学生面前坦承自己在某些问题上的失察甚至无知,采取平等、开放、诚实的态度,与学生共同研讨思考,应当是21世纪大学师生关系的题中应有之义。导师要宽容、理解并支持博士生的创新研究,帮助他们形成勇于坚持、敢于挑战和善于批判的学术品格。要舍得花时间、真正沉下心来研读、审核研究生的论文,厘清其研究理路,评析其论点依据,特别要细心地琢磨、推敲那些貌似"离经叛道"的观点,斟酌它们是否真有道理,能否自圆其说。决不浮光掠影、妄下断语,决不"想当然"或者因"急就章"而郢书燕说。因为真正有创见和新意的论文,一定是超越导师既有的认知领域、超越已成定势的思维和"习以为常"的共识的。更多还原

【Abstract】 With three notes of talent cultivation, this paper records the psychological process of guiding doctoral students in higher education and shares the experience of holding supervisor’s position with academic colleagues. In addition to enhancing the graduate students’ awareness of problems, methods and innovation, the supervisor should pay special attention to adjust teacher-student relationship. The supervisor not only explains doubts and solves doubts, but also inspires thinking and questions. More importantly, the supervisor should confess before students his negligence or even ignorance on some issues, and think together with students by adopting an equal, open and honest attitude, which should be part of the teacher-student relationship in the 21th century. The supervisor should be tolerant and support the innovative research of doctoral students, and help them form academic character of perseverance, challenge and criticism. The supervisor should be willing to spend more time to read and review the graduate students’ dissertations so as to clarify the research theory and analyze the argument basis. The supervisor should never be superficial and arbitrary and he or she should never take it granted and jump to conclusions because any dissertation that is truly creative and innovative must go beyond the supervisor’s existing cognitive domain, beyond the fixed thinking and common sense.更多还原
