【Abstract】 Viewed from the four dimensions of system, efficiency, culture and technique, the internal management level of colleges and universities in China still lags far behind the demands of "double first-class" construction. We should attach great importance to the construction of "double first-class" management ability by strengthening system and mechanism innovation, promoting the internal modern governance level of universities, and building a first-class professional management team with international vision to improve management efficiency.
