【摘要】 随着医疗设备的不断改进,达芬奇机器人手术系统在妇科手术领域中的应用不断被拓展。通过机械臂腕部7个可360°旋转的拐弯,达芬奇机器人能够完成人手所不能完成的动作。机器人手术是传统腹腔镜手术的升华,为临床开展更复杂、精细的手术提供了良好技术保障,同时具有术中出血量少、平均住院时间短、并发症发生率低、复发率低等优势,更有利于患者术后快速康复。本文通过查阅国内外文献,对达芬奇机器人手术系统在妇科手术中的应用现状和效果以及目前所存在的问题进行综述,为机器人手术系统在妇科手术领域中的广泛应用及发展提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous improvement of medical equipment and the more sophisticated requirements of gynecologists,the application of Da Vinci robotic surgery system in the field of gynecological surgery is continuously recognized. Da Vinci robots can perform actions that cannot be performed by human hands through seven mechanical arm rotations that can rotate 360 degrees freely. Robotic surgery is a sublimation of traditional laparoscopic surgery,and it provides good technical support for more complex and delicate surgery in the clinic. At the same time,it has the advantages of less blood loss during operation,shorter average hospital stay,lower incidence of complications and lower recurrence rate. Which is more conducive to rapid recovery after surgery. This article reviews the literature at home and abroad,reviews the application status and effects of Da Vinci robotic surgery system in gynecological surgery and current problems,and provides a reference for the widespread application and development of robotic surgery system in gynecological surgery.更多还原
