【Abstract】 In view of the ever-increasing transnational characteristic of overseas Chinese in the era of globalization,the Chinese government has stridden across national boundaries. It attaches great importance to making use of the common ties of blood,culture,history and destiny between overseas Chinese and China,shaping this group’s recognition of the Chinese national community through the discourse of national rejuvenation,so as to gather the strength of overseas Chinese,and maximize its unique role in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
