生物化学与分子生物学实验教学模式优化的探索
【摘要】 生物化学与分子生物学是生命科学和医学的重要学科,而实验教学是生物化学与分子生物学课程的重要环节,随着生命科学与医学的进步,社会对相关人才能力需求的提升,特别是新冠肺炎在全球蔓延,线下教学转入了线上,传统的教学模式已不能满足课程需要,改变单一的教学模式、转变传统的教学思路,生物化学与分子生物学的实验教学也面临着新的挑战。近几年来,我们在生物化学与分子生物学实验的教学方法和手段方面做了积极的改进,引入了新的教学理念,广泛采用新媒体技术、PBL教学与实验教学相结合的新模式。这种新兴的教学模式优化了实验教学,这次疫情期间这种新模式也为线上实验课程的开设提供了技术保障。
【Abstract】 Biochemistry and molecular biology is one of the important subjects of life science and medicine,and the experimental teaching is an important link in biochemistry and molecular biology course,with the progress of life science and medicine,social demand for relevant talent ability of ascension,especially COVID-19 in the global spread,online and offline teaching into the traditional teaching mode cannot meet the needs of the curriculum,change single teaching mode,change the traditional teaching ideas,biochemistry and molecular biology experiment teaching is faced with new challenges.In recent years,we have made positive improvements in the teaching methods and means of biochemistry and molecular biology experiments,introduced new teaching concepts,and widely adopted new media technology,PBL teaching and experimental teaching.This new teaching model has optimized experimental teaching and provided technical support for online experimental courses during the epidemic.
