【摘要】 目的:探讨围白内障手术期应用小牛血清蛋白提取物眼凝胶及玻璃酸钠保护眼表微环境,预防术后干眼症的临床效果。方法:随机选取行白内障超声乳化手术102例140眼,常规治疗组60例70眼,试验组42例70眼。术前及术后使用小牛血清蛋白提取物眼凝胶点眼,联合术中使用手术粘弹剂玻璃酸钠覆盖保护眼表。比较两组术前、术后10天、30天、90天临床眼表不适症状和干眼指征角膜荧光着色(FL)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、基础泪液分泌试验(SIT)的变化。结果:术后1天,所有患者眼表不适症状较术前加重,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后10天,所有患者眼表不适症状明显缓解,试验组较对照组改善迅速,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),干眼指征差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后30天及术后90天,试验组疗效优于对照组,组间的眼表不适症状及干眼指征的差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:围白内障手术期全程应用小牛血清蛋白提取物眼凝胶及玻璃酸钠可早期缓解术后眼表不适,中后期可促进泪膜稳定,提高泪膜质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Deproteinated extract of calf blood ophthalmic gel combined with the ocular surface protector(Sodium Hyaluronate),which to perfect the microenvironments of ocular surface during perioperative period of ultrasonic phacoemulsification,on the treatment of postoperative dry eye syndrome.Method A randomized,parallel-control approach was adopted,102 cases(140 eyes) were divided into treatment group(42 cases,70 eyes) and control group(60 cases,70 eyes).The treatment group was applied by intraoperative ocular surface protector and deproteinated extract of calf blood ophthalmic gel in the preoperative and postoperative time,besides other eye drops same as control group.Clinical symptoms,Schirmer I test(SIT),break-up time(BUT) and corneal fluorescein staining(FL) were observed.Postoperative therapeutic observation period was 3 months.Results There were no statistically difference on the comparison in the symptom scores,SIT,BUT and FL between the control group and treatment group at postoperative 1 d(P>0.05).The clinical symptom was significantly improved in treatment group in the first postoperative 10 d(P<0.001).There were statistically significant difference in the symptom scores(P<0.05),FL(P<0.05),BUT and SIT(P﹤0.001) between the two groups since postoperative 30 d to 90 d.Conclusion Postoperative dry eye symptoms would be getting timely improvement significantly if the treatment of ocular surface protector(Sodium Hyaluronate) and deproteinated extract of calf blood ophthalmic gel were given during the whole perioperative time.更多还原
