【摘要】 目的:分析某院医疗安全(不良)事件发生的原因及特点,并针对性地提出防范措施。方法:对某院2018年246例医疗安全不良事件进行回顾性分析。结果:某院五个类别的不良事件以护理事件占首位(45.12%),主要为非计划拔管和跌倒/坠床事件;其次是设备事件,占30.49%,主要为一次性医疗用品使用故障事件。结论:医疗安全(不良)事件伴随医疗过程的始终,要提高医疗安全意识,积极主动上报不良事件并从中认真总结、分析,从而降低医疗风险,切实保障患者安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the causes and characteristics of medical safety( adverse) incidents in a hospital,and put forward preventive measures accordingly. Method A retrospective analysis was made on 246 cases of adverse medical safety events in a hospital in 2018. Results Nursing events accounted for the first place( 45. 12%) in five categories of adverse events in a hospital,mainly unplanned extubation and fall/fall in bed,followed by equipment events,accounting for 30. 49%,mainly one-time medical supplies use failure events. Conclusion Medical safety( adverse) incidents accompany the medical process all the time. We should improve the awareness of medical safety,actively report adverse events and carefully summarize and analyze them,so as to reduce medical risks and effectively guarantee patient safety.更多还原
