壮药白花九里明提取液对大鼠血压、心率影响的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨白花九里明对大鼠血压和心率的影响。方法:SD大鼠40只按体重随机均分五组,正常对照组(给予0. 9%NaCl注射液)、替米沙坦组(给予5 mg/ml替米沙坦溶液)、白花九里明低、中、高浓度组(分别给予150、300、600 mg/ml的白花九里明提取液),每组灌胃1次/d,各组大鼠在第15天灌胃后12 h检测血压和心率。结果:白花九里明低浓度组的收缩压和舒张压与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05),但明显高于替米沙坦组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01);替米沙坦组、白花九里明中浓度组和高浓度组的收缩压和舒张压明显低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);白花九里明中浓度组的舒张压、白花九里明高浓度组的收缩压和舒张压与替米沙坦组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05);白花九里明高浓度组的舒张压明显低于白花九里明低浓度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。各组心率的两两比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:白花九里明用量达到一定浓度时对大鼠有降压作用,而不影响大鼠的心率。

【Abstract】 Objective Explore the effect of Blumea megacephala extract on blood pressure and heart rate in rats. Method 40 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups. Normal control group( give 0. 9% Na Cl injection),Telmisartan group( give 5 mg/ml Telmisartan solution),Blumea megacephala low、medium and high concentration groups( respectively give150、300 and 600 mg/ml Blumea megacephala extract),gastric perfusion once a day,Blood pressure and heart rate in each groups rats were measured at 12 h after of the 15 d gastric perfusion. Results Blumea megacephala low-concentration group the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure with Normal control group compare no significant difference( P>0. 05),but significantly higher than Telmisartan group( P<0. 01). Telmisartan group,Blumea megacephala medium-concentration and high-concentration groups the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressuret obvious was lower than Normal control group( P<0. 05). Blumea megacephala medium-concentration group the diastolic blood pressuret,Blumea megacephala high-concentration group the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressuret with Telmisartan group compare no significant difference( P>0. 05). Blumea megacephala high-concentration group the systolic blood pressure obvious was lower than Blumea megacephala low-concentration group( P<0. 05). Heart rate in each groups of comparison the between no statistically significant difference( P>0. 05). Conclusion Blumea megacephala can reduce blood pressure for rats to a certain concentration,but no apparent effect on heart rate for rats.
