【摘要】 目的:比较左右半结直肠癌根治性切除术后患者的临床病理特点以及生存预后差异。方法:回顾性分析广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院362例根治性切除术后的结直肠癌患者,并分成左半结直肠癌组与右半结直肠癌组。分析两组的临床病理特点,采用单因素及多因素COX回归分析比较各个因素对结直肠癌患者总生存期(OS)的影响。结果:单因素分析发现,年龄(≤60岁)、无淋巴转移史以及左半结直肠癌是结直肠癌患者OS获益因素;多因素分析发现,年龄、淋巴转移史、结直肠癌的左右分型以及术后复发史是结直肠癌患者OS的独立影响因素。结论:年龄越小、无淋巴转移史、无术后复发史的左半结直肠癌患者OS更长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study was to compare the characteristics and survival prognosis of patients with left and right colorectal cancer.Method 362 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent radical resection in Tumor Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi Medical University were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into left and right colorectal cancer groups.Univariate and multivariate COX regression analysis was used to compare the effects of various factors on the overall survival(OS)of patients with colorectal cancer.Results Univariate analysis showed that age(≤60 years),no lymphatic metastasis history and left colorectal cancer were benefit factors.Multivariate analysis showed that age,history of lymphatic metastasis,left and right location of colorectal cancer,and recurrence history were independent influencing factors for patients with colorectal cancer.Conclusion The younger the age,no history of lymph node metastasis,no history of postoperative recurrence of the left colorectal cancer patients,the longer the overall survival.更多还原
