血清性激素水平、体重指数与绝经后女性乳腺癌疾病进展的相关性分析
Correlation between serum sex hormone levels,body mass index and progression of breast cancer in postmenopausal women
【摘要】 目的:探究血清性激素水平、体重指数与绝经后女性乳腺癌疾病进展的相关性。方法:选取31例绝经后女性乳腺癌患者作为研究组,并选取同期进行治疗的32例乳腺良性病变患者作为对照组。收集两组患者身高、体重信息并计算得出体重指数(BMI)。采用化学发光微粒子免疫分析(CMIA)检测两组患者血清中孕酮、催乳素、雌二醇、卵泡雌激素以及睾酮水平,并分析血清性激素结果与BMI的相关性。结果:研究组血清孕酮、催乳素、卵泡雌激素和体重指数均稍高于对照组,但两组结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组血清雌二醇和睾酮均明显高于对照组,两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组超重患者血清性激素水平稍高于非超重患者,但两组结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组超重患者血清睾酮水平明显高于非超重患者,两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);未发现研究组其他血清性激素水平与BMI存在明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:绝经后女性乳腺癌患者出现血清性激素水平升高,血清中睾酮、雌二醇水平与绝经后女性乳腺癌疾病进展存在相关性;同时BMI高的绝经后女性乳腺癌患者睾酮水平也较高。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between serum sex hormone levels,body mass index and breast cancer disease progression in postmenopausal women.Method 31 cases of postmenopausal women with breast cancer were selected as study group,and 32 patients with benign breast lesions were selected as the control group.Collect height and weight information of two groups of patients and calculate body mass index(BMI).Serum progesterone,prolactin,estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone and testosterone levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the correlation between serum sex hormone results and BMI was analyzed.Results Serum progesterone,prolactin,follicle estrogen and body mass index were slightly higher in the study group than in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Serum estradiol and testosterone were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The level of serum sex hormones in the overweight patients in the control group was slightly higher than that in the non-overweight patients,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The level of serum testosterone in the overweight patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the non-overweight patients.The results of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05);no other serum sex hormone levels in the study group were associated with BMI(P>0.05).Conclusion Postmenopausal women with breast cancer have elevated serum levels of sex hormones,serum levels of testosterone and estradiol are associated with breast cancer progression in postmenopausal women,and testosterone levels are also higher in postmenopausal women with high BMI.
