【摘要】 目的:探讨乙肝病毒血清标志物、外周血T淋巴细胞与HBV-DNA的相关性。方法:89例乙型病毒肝炎（简称乙肝）患者采用ELISA法检测乙肝病毒血清标志物HBsAg、HBsAb、HBeAg、HBeAb和HBcAb,采用流式细胞术测定T淋巴细胞亚群CD⁺₃、CD⁺₄和CD⁺₈,并采用荧光定量PCR法测定HBV-DNA,比较不同血清标志物模式间HBV-DNA阳性表达情况,并分析其相关性。结果:BsAg（+）、HBeAg（+）、HBcAb（+）组的HBV-DNA阳性率最高,为88.4%;HBV-DNA高浓度组CD⁺₃、CD⁺₄细胞百分比及CD⁺₃、CD⁺₄/CD⁺₃、CD⁺₈比值与HBV-DNA阴性组相比较低,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）,CD⁺₃、CD⁺₈细胞百分比明显高于HBV-DNA阴性组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:HBV-DNA与T淋巴细胞及HBeAg检测相关性较好,联合检测乙肝血清标志物、外周血T淋巴细胞及HBV-DNA能提高乙肝的检出率,有助于全面监测乙肝病情及评价药物疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the correlation between serum markers of hepatitis B virus,peripheral blood T lymphocytes and HBV-DNA.Method 89 cases of patients with hepatitis B were detected the HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb and HBcAb hepatitis B virus serum markers by the by ELISA methods,and the T lymphocyte subsets CD⁺₃,CD⁺₄ and CD⁺₈ were detected by the Flow cytometry,the HBV-DNA was determined by fluorescence quantitative PCR.Then,the positive expression of HBV-DNA among different serum markers were compared,and its correlation were analyzed.Results The HBV-DNA positive rate of BsAg（+） HBeAg（+） HBcAb（+） group was the highest,which was 88.4%.The percentage of CD⁺₃,CD⁺₄ cells and the ratio of CD⁺₃,CD⁺₄/CD⁺₃,CD⁺₈ in HBV-DNA high concentration group were lower than those in HBV-DNA negative group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The percentage of CD⁺₃,CD⁺₈ cells was significantly higher than that in the HBV-DNA negative group, the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion The correlation of detection of HBV-DNA and T lymphocytes and HBeAg are good,the combined detection of hepatitis B serum markers,peripheral blood T lymphocyte and HBV-DNA can improve the detection rate of hepatitis B,which it is helpful to comprehensively monitor the condition of hepatitis B and evaluate the clinical effect of drugs.更多还原
