燃料电池耐久性测试试验及分析
Test and Analysis of Fuel Cell Durability Test
【摘要】 氢燃料耐久性测试关系到新能源系统的安全和经济运维,具有十分重要的意义。本文对80片单电池组装而成的4kW燃料电池电堆进行燃料电池耐久性测试,测试结果表明:新鲜催化剂老化较快,导致电堆性能衰减较快;中间运行过程相对放缓,经过50h的运行后,电堆催化剂氧化严重,导致电堆性能开始发生明显衰减。本文工作对于确保燃料电池安全可靠运行提供重要支撑。
【Abstract】 The hydrogen fuel durability test is related to the safety and economic operation and maintenance of the new energy system,and is of great significance. In this paper,the 4 kW fuel cell stack assembled from 80 single cells was tested for fuel cell durability. The test results show that: the fresh catalyst ages faster,resulting in faster degradation of the stack performance; the intermediate operation process is relatively slow,after 50 h After the operation of the stack,the catalyst of the stack was seriously oxidized,causing the stack performance to begin to deteriorate significantly. This work provides important support for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of fuel cells.
