定体积位移增量法测量医用微小流量技术研究
Research on Measurement of Medical Micro Flow Rate Technology Based on Constant Volume Displacement Increment Method
【摘要】 利用定体积活塞腔体测量微流量原理,在建立活塞位移量与流速的关系基础上,研究了医用微小流量的测量模型、理论计算方法、硬件设计以及对应的软件系统,该微流量测量技术能在短时间内完成对医用输液泵和注射泵的校准工作。实验结果表明,流量检测装置可测量1~1 500 m L/h的微小流量,不仅能够快速响应1 m L/h微小流量,且测量瞬时流量值最大允许误差不大于±1%;当注射容量腔体液体体积大于5 m L时所测得累计流量最大允许误差不大于±1%。
【Abstract】 Using the principle of measuring the micro-flow rate of a fixed-volume piston cavity,based on the relationship between the piston displacement and the flow rate,the measurement model,theoretical calculation method,hardware design and corresponding software system of medical micro-flow are introduced. The micro-flow measurement technology can complete the calibration of medical infusion pump and injection pump in a short time. The experimental results show that the flow detector can measure the micro-flow rate from 1 m L/h to 1 500 m L/h,and can not only respond to the micro-flow rate of 1 m L/h quickly,but also the maximum allowable error of instantaneous flow rate is less than ± 1%.The maximum allowable error of cumulative flow rate is less than ± 1% when the volume of liquid in the injection chamber is larger than 5 m L.
