基于吸振器控制的轧机辊系时滞反馈研究

【摘要】 考虑四辊轧机液压缸非线性弹簧力约束的因素,建立带有吸振器的两自由度轧机辊系模型。引入时滞反馈控制函数,设计带吸振器的轧机辊系振动位移、振动速度时滞反馈控制方程。通过分析轧机辊系振动极限环幅值和幅频特性的稳定性,得到不同反馈增益参数和时滞量参数对轧机辊系主系统的影响规律。适当地增大反馈增益系数g1和g2,减小时滞量系数τ1和τ2,可以改善系统的稳定性和收敛性。

【Abstract】 Considering the nonlinear spring force constraint of the four-roll mill hydraulic cylinder,a two-degree-offreedom rolling mill roll model with a vibration absorber was established. Time-delay feedback control function was introduced. Time-delay feedback control equation for vibration displacement and vibration velocity of rolling mill roller system with vibration absorber was designed. By analyzing the stability of the amplitude limit and amplitude-frequency characteristics of the rolling mill’s vibration limit loop,the influence of different feedback gain parameters and time-delay parameters on the main system of the rolling mill roll system is obtained. Appropriate increase of the feedback gain coefficient g1 and g2,reduce the delay coefficient τ1 and τ2 can improve the stability and convergence of the system,which provides theoretical support for suppressing mill vibration.
