干旱胁迫与瑞香狼毒根系水提液交互作用对羊草生理生态指标的影响
Effects of Interaction of Drought Stress and Stellera chamaejasme L. Water Extract on Physiological and Ecological Indexes of Leymus chinensis
【摘要】 采用盆栽试验方法探讨有毒植物根系水提液处理(原液S2、稀释2 0倍S1、等量蒸馏水对照ck)与水分处理(土壤含水量20%~25%高土壤湿度、10%~15%低土壤湿度)对羊草生理生态特征的影响。生长季末测定羊草分株数、根冠比、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、丙二醛含量、叶绿素含量等生理生态指标。结果表明:水分充足时,瑞香狼毒根系水提液对羊草分株数、净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度均有促进作用;而干旱胁迫减弱了瑞香狼毒原液对羊草生长指标和生理指标的促进作用。在干旱胁迫时,瑞香狼毒根系水提液原液降低了羊草体内丙二醛含量,减弱了干旱胁迫对羊草细胞的伤害。瑞香狼毒根系水提液处理和土壤干旱胁迫处理对羊草生理生态指标存在拮抗作用。隶属函数分析结果表明:瑞香狼毒根系水提液处理能够提高羊草抗旱能力,S2组羊草抗旱性最强,其抗旱性顺序为S2>S1>S0(ck)。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the interactive effects of poisonous plant root exudation and soil water stress on physiological and ecological characteristics of Leymus chinensis,pot experiment was conducted to treat L.chinensis with different concentrations of Stellera chamaejasme L.water extract(original solution S2,dilution 20 times S1,the control S0) and water treatment(20%-25% HM,10%-15% LM).The physiological and ecological indexes of L.chinensis,such as ramet number,root-shoot ratio,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,MDA content and chlorophyll content were measured at the end of growing season.The results showed that ramet number,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of L.chinensis were all improved by water extract of S.chamaejasme under the conditions of sufficient soil moisture.However,drought stress weakened the positive effects of S.chamaejasme L.on growth and physiological indexes of L.chinensis.Within the drought treatments,the content of MDA in L.chinensis decreased and the damage degree of L.chinensis cells was weakened.The order of drought resistance analyzed by membership function was S2> S1> S0.
