粗毛纤孔菌挥发油的抑菌及抗氧化作用

【摘要】 采用水蒸气蒸馏提取法和乙醚回流提取法,对粗毛纤孔菌中的挥发油进行提取。经GC-MS检测,水蒸气蒸馏提取法获得的挥发油经GC-MS检测到35种化合物,鉴定31种化合物,乙醚回流提取法获得的挥发油经GC-MS检测到9种化合物,鉴定5种化合物。对不同提取方法获得的挥发油进行抑菌活性和抗氧化活性检查。结果表明:水蒸气蒸馏提取法得到的挥发油能够抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉;乙醚回流提取法获得的挥发油对金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌有明显抑制作用,但对白色念珠菌和黑曲霉无明显抑制作用。2种提取方法所得挥发油对大肠埃希氏菌均无抑制作用。水蒸气蒸馏提取法获得的挥发油,在组成成分和抑菌活性方面都明显优于乙醚回流提取法获得的挥发油,而乙醚回流提取法获得的挥发油对·OH,DPPH·,O-2·的清除效果明显优于水蒸气蒸馏提取法获得的挥发油。

【Abstract】 The volatile oil was extracted from Inonotus hispidus by water steam distillation and ether reflux. Thirty-five compounds from the volatile oil extracted by water steam distillation were detected by GC-MS, and 31 compounds were identified. Nine compounds from the volatile oil extracted by ether reflux were detected by GC-MS, and 5 compounds were identified. Antibacterial and antioxidation activities of the volatile oil extracted by different methods were examined. The volatile oil extracted by water steam distillation could inhibit Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger. The volatile oil extracted by ether reflux had obvious inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, but it had no obvious inhibitory effect on Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger. The volatile oil obtained with both extraction methods has no inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli. The volatile oil extracted by water steam distillation was better than that extracted by ether reflux in composition and antibacterial activity. The volatile oil extracted by ether reflux is obviously better than the volatile oil extracted by water steam distillation in the scavenging effect of·OH, DPPH· and O-2·.
