氟离子、氯离子、硝酸根离子、硫酸根离子混合溶液标准物质的研制
The Development of F-、Cl-、NO3-、SO42- Multi-Ion Mixed Solution Reference Material
【摘要】 以纯度标准物质为原料,采用离子色谱法对基体和原料的干扰因素进行了检测,在此基础上,采用重量-容量法制备了氟离子、氯离子、硝酸根离子、硫酸根离子混合溶液标准物质,进行了制备方法的研究以及均匀性和稳定性的考察,将配制值作为标准值并进行了不确定度评定。结果表明,研制混合溶液中氟离子、氯离子、硝酸根离子、硫酸根离子的质量浓度分别为50μg/m L、150μg/m L、500μg/m L、500μg/m L,相对扩展不确定度(k=2)分别为3%、1%、1.2%、1.0%。
【Abstract】 Taking purity reference material as the raw materials,the ion chromatography method was employed to detect the interference factors of the matrix and raw materials. On this basis,the mixed solution of F-、Cl-、NO3-、SO42- multi-ion mixed solution reference material was developed by the gravimetric-volumetric method,with the preparation method and the uniformity and stability being investigated,and the uncertainty of the prepared value being evaluated. The result showed the mass concentration of F-、Cl-、NO3-、SO42- in the mixed solution was 50μg/m L,150μg/m L,500μg/m L,and500μg/m L respectively,with the relative expanded uncertainty of 3. 0% 、1. 0% 、1. 0% 、1. 2%.
