激光测振位置对加速度计校准结果影响研究
Research on the Influence of the Position of Vibration Measurement with Laser on the Accelerometer Calibration Results
【摘要】 通过激光干涉法测量振动频率在5Hz~20kHz的振动台台面加速度,分析不同位置对加速度校准结果的影响。通过在振动台半径1/2处,均匀分布的4个偏置位置的加速度进行测量实验,分析了对称偏置位置的两点平均值和四点平均值对振动台加速度不均匀性引入干扰的改善情况。实验结果与分析表明:偏置位置测量结果间的差异随频率提高逐渐增大。当振动台台面出现对称型加速度不均匀性时,利用任一组对称位置下的两点平均值作为测量结果可以有效滤除加速度不均匀性引入的干扰。当振动台台面存在非对称分布的加速度不均匀性且各偏置位置的测量结果相对误差随频率变化剧烈时,将四点平均值作为测量结果可以较好地改善台面加速度不均匀性带来的影响。
【Abstract】 The influence of different positions on the acceleration calibration results was studied by measuring the acceleration of the shaker table with vibration frequency between 5 Hz and 20 kHZ by laser interferometry. By measuring the acceleration of 4 offset positions evenly distributed at 1/2 the radius of the shaker table,the improvement of the two-point average value and the four-point average value of the symmetrical offset position to the interference introduced by the non-uniformity of the shaker table acceleration was studied. The experimental results and analysis show that the inconsistency between the measurement results of the offset position increases with the increasing frequency. When the non-uniformity of symmetrical acceleration occurs on the surface of the shaker table,the two-point average value at any set of symmetrical positions can be used to effectively filter out the interference introduced by the acceleration non-uniformity. When there is the asymmetrical distribution of non-uniform acceleration on the shaker table,and the relative error of the measurement results for each offset position changes drastically with frequency,taking the four-point average value of the four offset positions as the measurement result can better improve the influence introduced by the non-uniformity of acceleration.
