交流约瑟夫森量子电压在电磁计量中的应用

【摘要】 随着国际单位制变革的完成,计量单位量子化和量值传递扁平化成为未来发展趋势。通过分析约瑟夫森结阵的I-V特性曲线,给出了合成量子电压的方法;通过介绍不同阶梯波信号的合成方法和约瑟夫森结阵偏置状态计算方法,实现了可用于不同电参数测量的交流量子电压合成;为满足基波和谐波功率信号的测量,介绍了用于功率测量的两路相位可调阶梯波信号合成方法;利用所合成的阶梯波信号制定了交流电压测量方法、功率测量方法和感应分压器角差和比差测量方法,并给出了实验结果,证明了交流量子电压在电磁计量中的重要作用。为实现宽频带电参数向交流量子电压的溯源,介绍了脉冲驱动型交流量子电压的发展现状及应用前景。

【Abstract】 With the completion of the redefinition of the International System of Units( SI),the quantization of metrology units and the flattening of value transmission have become future development trends.A method for synthesizing quantum voltage was proposed by analyzing the I-V characteristic curve of the Josephson junction.The synthesis of AC quantum voltage,which can be used for different electrical parameter measurements,is realized by introducing the synthesis method of different staircase waveform signals and the calculation method of Josephson junction bias state.In order to meet the measurement of fundamental and harmonic power,a method for synthesizing two-phase adjustable staircase waveform signals is introduced.An AC voltage measurement method,a power measurement method,and an angular and ratio difference measurement method of the inductive voltage divider( IVD) were developed by using the synthesized staircase waveform signals,and the experimental results were given to prove the critical role of AC quantum voltage in electromagnetic measurement.In order to realize the traceability of the wideband electrical parameters to the AC quantum voltage,the development status and application prospect of pulse-driven AC quantum voltage are introduced.
