超声共振频谱法测量材料弹性参数系统程序的优化

【摘要】 基于超声共振频谱法测量材料弹性参数的原理和Lab VIEW平台,建立超声共振频谱法测量固体材料弹性参数的自动控制和测量系统。针对原有系统操作步骤繁琐、需要人为判断、手动输入的信息量大等问题,采用虚拟仪器Lab VIEW编程,实现数据的自行采集与显示、谐振频率的初选和精确拟合,对比研究谐振频率匹配个数对弹性参数计算结果的影响,确定匹配精度较优时的谐振频率参数。整个程序完成了数据采集、分析、处理与显示等一系列功能的自动化运行,提高了原有装置的运行效率,优化了数据分析方法,实现了材料弹性参数的快速准确测量。

【Abstract】 Based on the Lab VIEW platform and the principle of measuring the elastic parameters of materials by the ultrasonic resonance spectrum method,an automatic control and measurement system is established in this paper.Given the problems of the original system,such as complicated operation steps,the need for human judgment,and a large amount of manual input information,the virtual instrument Lab VIEW programming is used to realize the automatic acquisition and the display of data,the preliminary selection and accurate fitting of the resonance frequency.According to the comparative study of the influence of the number of resonance frequency matching on the calculation results of elastic parameters,the resonance frequency parameters with better matching accuracy are determined.The whole program completes the automatic operation of a series of functions such as data collection,analysis,processing,and display,which improves the operation efficiency of the original device,optimizes the data analysis method,and realizes the rapid and accurate measurement of the elastic parameters.
