删失数据下部分线性模型对糖尿病并发症的统计分析
Statistical analysis of diabetic complications for partial linear model with censored data
【摘要】 运用部分线性模型对糖尿病并发症——心血管疾病数据进行统计分析,采用最小二乘法进行估计,得出估计方程,并应用逐步回归法对变量进行筛选,找出患此并发症的主要因素。最后进行假设检验,证明该模型是显著的。结果表明,删失数据下部分线性模型要比普通回归模型的拟合效果好。
【Abstract】 Statistical analysis of censored data on diabetic complication —— cardiovascular disease data using apartially linear model and the least square method was used to obtain the estimating equation.Then variables were screened by using stepwise regression to identify the main factors contributing to the complications.Finally,a hypothesis test was performed to prove that the model is significant.The results show the fitting effect of partial linear model is better than that of ordinary regression model under censored data.
